Shipping

The products are delivered by courier from Australia. Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight and size of your order along with the shipping address, and may vary if your order includes heavy, big and bulky items.

Shipments of laptops, stethoscopes, and tablets are free.

(Jewellery, perfumes, sunglasses, and electronic accessories) Transactions totaling more than BDT 35,000/- qualify for free shipping. Otherwise, an additional BDT 1000/- shipping charge would be applied.

Standard Delivery. Expected to deliver within 35-45 days.

(7-10 days to ship from Australia, 21-33 days for Customs Clearance in Bangladesh, 3-5 days to deliver within Bangladesh)

Warranty Policy

All products include a complimentary international warranty. Brandify does not produce or manufacture any products. Also, we do not have a personal repairer, that's why we cannot offer any external warranty. Brandify purchase the product based on your preferences and ship to you.

Return policy

The products can be returned within 48 hours of delivery, calculated from the moment of receiving the package. Only pre-damaged products will be considered refundable. Because brandify would purchase the goods on your behalf, so if you change your mind with silly reasons, Brandify would not compensate you. (Make a Video While Unboxing).
